Meditation physically changes brain
Around early 2000, scientists studying the brain and brain exercises started to make some surprising discoveries. Brain science was still in its infancy then, and up to late until 20th century was thought that brain was something solid and fixed and unchangeable. But then scientists discovered about brain plasticity, they observed that the brain can be changed, shaped and rewired by exercise called meditation.
An Unlikely Partnership
Recently brain scientists and mystics of ancient practices have started a new partnership. Back in the good old days, mystics left house and family to understand themselves better. Scientists are learning a plethora about the mind by studying mystics and meditators in the lab and from their philosophies and mental tools.
